In addition to the User Content, Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC may provide other third-party content on the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services (collectively, the “Third-Party Content”). For residents of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or of the United Kingdom, who are acting as a Consumer, you may have a right to withdraw from or cancel the agreement for the use of the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services under these Terms of Service within a specific cooling-off period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to stop providing the Services (or any features) to you or to users generally, to terminate this Terms of Service agreement with you, to terminate your license to use the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services (including to post User Content), and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services for any reason, including without limitation if: (a) your use of the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services violates these Terms of Service or applicable law; (b) you fraudulently use or misuse the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services; or (c) we are unable to continue providing the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services to you due to technical or legitimate business reasons. Our right to terminate our services, this agreement, and your license includes the ability to terminate or to suspend your access to any purchased products or services, including any subscriptions or accounts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, your only remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with: (i) the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services, (ii) any term of these Terms of Service, (iii) any policy or practice of Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC in operating the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services, or (iv) any content or information transmitted through the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services, is to terminate your account and to discontinue use of any and all parts of the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services.
Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS. The arbitration will take place in Appleton County, Wisconsin, and be conducted in English. You and Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC agree to attempt informal resolution before proceeding to arbitration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC's liability for damages shall not include liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct. In no event shall Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the services provided by Collintell Alliance LLC and Reality String™️ LLC will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison, Wisconsin. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
